Hi all...i am using HTC desire C.I bought the mobile 2 months ago.All the features are good my opnion is very gud.If your facing some issues with ur device plz follow the steps..
1.switch off the mobile remove the battery and sim card and SD card.
2.plz take a backup of contacts and file bcas all ur data will be deleted.
3.insert the battery be carfule when you doing this process.
4.press volume down button dont release the botton at the same time switch on the power button.
5.new screen will appere in that select factory settings with the use of volume botton.
6.switch ON the power button after you select factory setting..
7.finally ur device will be re-boot.

gila, 25 Jan 2013i 1 to know overall about htc desire c...it is good phone or not.tq.i don't recommend you buy this phone. my sister got this phone but after 3 month it get slow and hanging, touch screen not responding now it wont boot. she only use it for texting and lite web browsing. :( waste of money. better go for samsung or sony phone they last longer.

not a mini sim, just standard...the internal memory is actually 1gb and will not store any external data until it has a card plugged in.

Can anybody tell me how to do a factory reset on this phone. i don't seem to find that factory data reset option under the privacy option of the manual setting, please advice?
