cpu speed is slow so my openion is in htc desire c should be 1ghz or more than that so it will have more speed if upgraded...

And check the price of HTC one x+ and Desire X, you are getting android 4.0 even though no jelly bean update option, Battery is very common problem for any HTC phone, if you get away from Battery problems then need Windows phone as battery wise they are better. HTC one v is very good in terms of battery but for some reason stock finished very early, But processor wise best is HTC one X+, and trust me if screen is 4.00 then batter wise it wont be a good phone, not even normal HTC sensation or Desire HD or even very 1st one HTC hero, But Htc Desire was the new magic in smart phone world and same Desire HD, then samsung come with Galaxy S and since Galazy sII in international market samsung is dominant more even though it got plastic back and more expensive that HTC series.
I can surely say less than 100 pound phone best is Htc desire C and then second Galaxy Mini,and ofcourse Galaxy ace. And if someone doesnt mind to buy from ebay then Htc desire HD or Incredible S is better choice less than 100 pounds. Many folks will agree with me :-)

This phone can't display live wallpapers?
I downloaded a live wallpaper for my htc desire c but cannot find it in the apps and cannot even find where to set up/change the live wallpaper?

My son and I have owned these phones for 5 months. They have not lived up to expectations: Only a quarter of the 4gb memory is useable and the camera is disappointing. Most important of all, the screen is fragile and easily breakable. If you send the phone back for repairs, you have to either accept the price of repair or pay 25 pounds to get the phone back unrepaired.
