i just want to know that HTC Desire Hd has LCD or S-LCD?And Plz Tell What R ... moreprice in India is INR 26000 - 27000.
as far as Gingerbread update goes, Desire HD is scheduled to recieve it in Q2 of 2011, i.e. from apr-june, more likely in june.
the phone is very good. i'm now using 3G on it from vodafone. i've been using it since jan 1st, and i have had no problems since then, also i'm using a custom rom on it.

The HTC desire HD uses an SLCD screen with the recent releases. The phone is amazing except the battery life. It drains quite fast when 3G is switched on ( I feel this is the major drawback with the phone). I hope HTC comes with a solution. But you do get third party battery with higher maH which I ve not tried it yet maybe if HTC launches one, I might try one of them.

The AT&T HTC Inspire 4G is the one that has Super LCD which is the same as the HTC Desire HD. I have both phones and they are great.

The phone is awesome guys.............totally rocks.....won't regret buying it.... the screen is cool...the picture n video clarity..uff...not getting words to explain....
The touch is soooooo smooth.... really enjoying typing in the keyboard n obviously playing games......
I'm writing this from my HTC Desire HD....

dr.rumi, 25 Feb 2011those who r useing DHD did face any problem with the sim card cover??! I've read in many blog ... moreMine has come loose and is starting to buckle.its a cover so its not connected to your phone.

rebel, 27 Feb 2011not enough, i am heavy user,wifi,mail,multimedia,i have to charge every night i go to bedI understand you. For heavy users isn't enough for 2,3 days, but I am different. :) The Desire HD could be my next phone. Now I use a Samsung Omnia HD.

Mobilemaster, 25 Feb 2011How about the battery life?? It has ONLY 1230 Mah! It is enough 4 this monster phone?but it is the best phone i every had.all works,no limitation,good camera even video looks great,very fast and smooth run i came to it from xperia and owned optimus and milestone before

This is a wonderful mobile phone in other words a mine laptop which contained all aspects in a modern computer.

anybody knows how can i put apps from my pc to the phone,,,, i am new user of and... more1)- install from the market: Super manager or file manager.
2)- Connect your Desire HD to PC & choose ( Mass Drive ).
3)-drag the (apk) file you downloaded from anywhere to your desire HD.
4)- Now from the Desire HD, go to file manager you downloaded, open it & go to file explorer and check the apk file u transferred and click on it & u r done.
the application will be installed .
