My second phone after N95 by nokia, beautiful Carl Zesis optic delivering beautiful image,
and now HTC DESIRE HD, when u throw a nokia if breaks and then u can fix it, but when u throw HTC it doesnt fall appart, sooooo strong built, i hv punched the screen crazily and no scratch, it took alot of hit from me, even if someone dare me to throw my phone from 15 feet height i would, coz i trust the built, and im pretty damn sure tht after the fall when i press the power button the display will turn on like nothing happened, best phone ever, durable, and battery sucks, u can upgrade tht but the built is priceless, spend ur money on HTC, one day every software will be outdated but the hardware of HTC will remain, BEST brand for built, HTC. I salute u Taiwanese company, at first i thought u guys might produce something like China, although ur made in china but ur quality is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy awesome, thank you for this wonderful device, i enjoyed every penny i spent on it, im still using it 2011 till 2013, will be using and treasure it for my life as the best built phone (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y)

AnonD-156468, 21 Jun 2013So how do you update this phone to Android 4....?find on XDA
I feel the phone is a fantastic one but the operating system would have been upgradeable.Regardless of this singular flaw, the phone is a great one.
Want to upgrade to v4? It's just one way: cook ur rom. And i hate to do that
Awesome phone, still keeps up with the best out there.
Android 4.2.2 is no problem if you're a bit technical.
HTC wasnt able to get Android4 on this device, but the awesome Dev's at XDA did!!!
I've been using this device for 3 years 24/7 and it still is like new.
