outdated hardware and low

what d bullshit it is. no scndry camera, no amoled, insufficient battery, screen resolution could be more, no swype... and htc still want to compete it against iphone. hey htc, if u want to compete try to maintain the standard and honesty(although they too are not much)which they have.
its amoled MR. JOHN WANG said its amoled
Hi! I have an HTC HD2 & I'm very happy with it ! very handy & usefull in anytime ! the HTC Desire HD is really cool, but it's almost the same Evo 4G, but the main change in the Desire HD is that it has 768 MB RAM ! & that's cool ! xD
man,i saw dis device on d internet n fell in love wid it,but seeing its a smartphone n not having an secondary camera is bullshit, why htc why dey dint put an secondary cam?n yeah d battery life will b an issue since we r talking abt some serious multitasking n internet capabilities wid d froyo, all d best 2 it,hope it doesnt hav any other bugs.
i am in love with htc desire hd : i think it is same htc evo 4g
Anonymous, 17 Sep 2010HTC desire with 1ghz is slower than 660MHz 3gs. I used both and now on the moon with iphone4. ... moreIt seems that you need to see the benchmarks. Speed of 3gs is not comparable with desire+Froyo, even it is not comparable with desire in any way. About the player, I have ipod touch but desire player is excellent just a little difference for audiophiles
it's just the hd2 with android right?
Especially from 1:35 onwards...
At all you whingers...take a good look at life...and watch this to the end....

David, London, UK, 17 Sep 2010Hi all, Stop moaning about the battery. Just open your eyes and do some research. Extended ... moreWhat do you mean stop moaning? Are we not talking about a 'mobile' device? You're view of extended batteries is flawed - why not just plug in your phone 24/7? Who want's to weight their pants down with a HUGE device?
Yeah yeah HTC, sure you can dish out the raw hardware power. How about battery life? You're still light years behind apple. Not even 1500MaH... are you kidding? Phone companies need to seriously consider battery life in implementing faster, more power hungry hardware; sadly, an elusive value in todays big companies - the world: Mobile, doesn't seem to apply to this unbalanced, hideous device.
SE 2010, 17 Sep 2010 Guys I was really thinking of this brilliant phone and considering it but then I though abou... moreWhat's all the issue with battery life you guys crap on about all the time. Just put the F*&^ker's on charge each night. You change your phone's quicker than these things wear out so, and they don't really suffer from the memory issue any more so just charge it each night!!! and stop whinging !!!!
Just received an answer to my email which I sent, asking if the new DesireHD is having an SLCD.
The answer short an simple:
"Thank you for your interest in the new HTC Desire HD. The display will be definetely SLCD."
So there you have, yay!

Anonymous, 17 Sep 2010no information about the storage memory? i9000 include 8/16Gb, but Desize HD is a secret...!It takes a micro SD card so it'll take up to 32GB. The Phone storage will probably be no more than 256KB in that case, I'm guessing.
another brick from htc
Spec here wrongly says it is
HSDPA 7.2 & HSUPA 2 Mpbs
HTC site says
HSDPA 14.4 & HSUPA 5.76 Mbps
No Dual SIM
