Try to switch your language on text setting.

Hi, I am having a problem in typing a text. It only type 90 digits in SMS and when I type more it automatically turns to the MMS. In other cells the SMS length is upto 160 digits. Kindly help me to sort out this problem..may be its from the settings which I cant able to find out yet.

bas, 02 Nov 2012hi I'm using HTC desire hd it have a problem that navigation automatically on while charging... moredude install start up manager software and disable htc locations then switch off and on few times the problem will b resolved

my name is Ahmed Mesbah, I am anowner of the Desire HD I bought it lesss than 6 Months ago
and thats my second desire HD phone but the least i can say is that i am
far from satisfied with the second one. I bought it as i was really satisfied with my first one
but the second phone is simply a disapointment.Because of the following points
1.The button on the side got rusty
2.The button to lower the volume is not working
3.Battery performance doesnt last more than half a day with average browsing and nothing special
4.Signal strenght is bad and bad reception. Tried several sim Cards.
5. Processing is slower than Previous one
But what annoys me at most is the way HTC customer support reacted to my complains when i wrote them everything
They say i should simply send the mobile on my own expenses and after 10 days i will get their analysis and how much i should pay in order
to repair it.
The least i had expected is for them to take back the phone and give me a new one.
And not to mention that they actually lied about updating the fone to ICS which is now not possible. According to their website.

hi I'm using HTC desire hd it have a problem that navigation automatically on while charging and also battery level too low or high , if I calling to people automatically on loud speaker what can I do ple tell me charging pin shaking time also

Xiro, 31 Oct 2012Why are you guys using such outdated Androids... Buy an HTC One X or Galaxy SII or SIII...Because of Contracts and such of the sort. Also the HTC One X/+ is crap. The S3 I will agree on, but if I was going to buy a new Phone it would be the Nexus 4

hi every one how can i update my hd 2.2 to 2.3 ? im from Pakistan . i have tried setting about check software update. and all time i got there is no updates.

the battery sucks. but otherwise fine. have to charge it about 3 to 4 times a day if i use it alot.

Yeah, it is sad that htc didn't release ICS fot it, but there are still alot of alternative optiona out there for this phone.DHD has been released in 2010 and it still running great without any lagging at all. I can still install the latest gaming and apps and it run smoothly~! Why HTC can't produce another great product such as this one. I believe nobody is still using 2010 smartphones anymore as so many of them already dumped it aside as it doesn't works as great as DHD. Well, DHD rocks!

Now it has been nearly a year using this HTC DESIRE HD. Specification of this phone is more than enough for a common man to exploit. Only you need to know using them. For playing HD video, download MXplayer and you are off to play almost all formats. Having excellent audio & reception it is definitely finest piece ever made with lower price tag. No dought it has lower capacity battery, but you can very well replace it with higher capacity I.e. 1800mah with almost double life. Do explore and enjoy.
