Excellent phone, Just wish the speaker was louder and it vibrated more,
I was walking in a busy street a few times, phone in pocket, did not hear or feel it ringing at all :/
Also needs an internal camera and extended battery life.

Go to SETTINGS
Select ABOUT PHONE.
Seelct SOFTWARE UPDATES.
Make sure your phone has at least 35% battery remaining, otherwise it won't let you download the updates.

Still no update 2.3.5 & sense 3.0 in the India, HTC lied nicely, they told they will update within December 25 but almost 1 month over, but don't know why they are doing like this?

One of the finest phones I've ever used. Amazing display and super fast processing lets you watch videos and work with multiple apps at the same time. Very pleased with the phone. Only one negative - no front facing camera. That's OK as I dont really use 3G for video chat. All in all, a very good buy!

Gu DoM Muah, 10 Jan 2012Hello is any one can help me , how to cancel the vibrating key once you typing in the keyboard... moreYou can turn off the vibration when typing on the keyboard, but you can not turn off vibration when typing in a phone number. To disable typing vibration just go to Settings, Language and Keyboard, Touch Input, Text Input then uncheck the "vibrate when typing option".

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2012Big problem with my desire hd,shuts down,crashes,even when its not been used,also when atempti... moreMight be due to your memory card holding a lot of stuff inside. Try removing the memory card and reboot the phone again. If it works, then you might need to clear some stuff from that old memory card or just use a new memory card with lesser stuff in it.

Try using the default or another keyboard. There are a few free good ones on the Android Market.
