Dhd is cool handset but batry is so much bad please anybody tel me how to increase timing of batry
Hi, I wonder to know if anybody recommend extended life battery for Desire HD which has been experienced successfully under test period. The only drawback of DHD is its power life long. Totally it is a gorgeous gadget and I love it.
The DHD is the best phone to date the dhd 2 aint as fast One big draw back is battery life but as (unlike iphone)the battery can be changed i carry a fully charged spare
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2011Desire HD or SGS II??? Help me out pls DHD or SGS2 ?? lol are you OK mate ?
You dont even need to ask . SGS2 is much better in every aspect. DHD was best phone on his time but not for long. I own DHD but i really dont like poor camera and very poor speaker even cause its with Dolby. SGS2 have better design, camera, speaker, screen, much more powerfull etc etc.
But DHD is not bad phone we have plenty satisfied users here. but SGS2 is better.
This is one of the great phone in now a days but it has some problem liks...battery life very bad. and does not has pc suite software like nokia...
This phone is built for the kill!! "Simplicity is Beauty"(Design). Powerful, Fast, stable, user friendly, it behaves normally and reacts perfectly the way I want. Just make sure you know how to juice up your device(proper apps and care)... The device itself is awesome whether you'll use stock or Flashed ROMs.. Battery life and Secondary camera? Other users mentioned it already.. T_T BUT!! I totally recommend this phone.. you'll love it!
I had my HTC Desire HD for about a week and so far everything is great. It has little, and sometimes, no lags at all. HTC Sense is a great UI. It goes well with the Android OS. Build quality is as fine as you get for it's price.
I had an Xperia X8 as my practice unit for the Android OS before I decided to have a proper android unit and I say I'm quite impresses so far with Android devices.
I am quite knowledgeable in tinkering the OS and had my X8 customized with a few cooked up ROMs. As for my HTC unit, I'm quite satisfied with the stock ROM that I longer feel the need to tinker with it as of the moment.
The only drawback I could think of is the battery. In general, android devices consume a great load of battery. I've tried several other than the X8 and the Desire HD and most of them lasted just about half a day. I am permanently connected to 3G and had my most of my apps on and constantly updating. Perhaps this could be attributed to the battery itself as I think no battery has been built to last a lot longer than the current technology. I hope a new technology will emerge and keep those internet-centric devices juiced up for a long time.
All in all, so far so good.
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2011Desire HD or SGS II??? Help me out plsHello, i personally prefer HTC. I had SGS 1 and altghough it's slimmer and the display is awesome i found out that htc dhd is much faster and friendly. A plus for SGS is that it has support for Cisco VPN, if u need it :)
Anonymous, 02 Aug 2011Desire HD or SGS II??? Help me out plsHey there
I have been using HTC desire hd nd compared It to sgs2..
Although sgs2 has far better specs than desire hd on paper and it may score more but I have compared it with sgs2 and found my desire hd to be slightly faster even after having millions of apps installed( I noe that's a bit exaggeration) and have different apps running in thr background my phone still turned out to be a bit faster. And yes I have tried several other sgs2 just to make sure that if ther was something wrong with the first sgs2 I compared my fone with but was still faster. The battery on both handsets is not excellent!! Cmon these are end performance devices don't expect them to give you battery life of Nokia 1100.. please not be offended if I said anything that may have offended uu.. watever I said is from my own opinion... And do not think that I'm taking my phone's side thers nothing like that. I'm saying wat I have experienced, BTW had these smartphones side by side..
Hope this helps:)
the battery, drain really quick.even when i have using battery saver apps :(
tell me is there a way to do video call
i know i can skype but will like to see the other persone
