1.Im experiencing heatness on my Desire HD everytime when its on charging mode.2.Sometimes it will reset by itself without doing anything.Can someone advice on this?

Eurostar, 22 Jul 2011HTC Desire HD doesn't even have a secondary camera, so you can't even use the videophone optio... moresymbian's looks cannot compare to android graphics my dear also quantity of apps,small number symbian's developers, the other bad thing is nokkia's huge but low resolution screen which looks in real very ugly compare to desire wvga screen still dont know if flash works properly on symbian and at the end n95 was bad famous about its weak built quality aaaand just another important fact,japanese kicked out nokia from there because of huge numer of faulty units

No words for this phone. HTC Desire HD rocks all the way. Way better than Nokia's and Samsung's.

plez tell me which is best fone..htc desire hd or nokia n8??HTC Desire HD doesn't even have a secondary camera, so you can't even use the videophone option. No radio, smaller amount of memory available... For comparison, I've had that 2ndary camera and videophone in my previous phone, Nokia N95, four years ago. Android is a nightmare, especially the updates and fragmentation problem.
Nokia N8 is far superior in any respect, just compare the specs. Symbian^3 is incredible, with great app support for all the stuff you actually need. "Anna" update of Symbian is going to make it even better. N8 is built like a rock, while my HTC Desire Z's keyboard broke apart after like 40 days of use! Nokia is the best choice out there, period.

plez tell me which is best fone..htc desire hd or nokia n8??Definitely HTC Desire HD. Best phone ever made in my opinion. All the problem is that custom Rom's are way more better than stock. I recommend Android Revolution HD v.5.2.2 with Gingerbread.

Hi all,
I found bug in firmware build 2.50.405.2. Everytime I open Dialer it changes System Volume to max.
I tried every Volume control software from the Market - System Volume settings keeps only until Dialer is opened.
When System Volume is set to max - virtual keybord sound feedback is too loud .
Phone: HTC Desire HD A9191
Firmware: 2.50.405.2 (bug came after FOTA, never noticed in earled firmware versions)

Audible touch tones on or off - no makes any difference.
Is there any way to solve this problem ?
P.S. HTC support tell to reboot or do factory reset. Ofcourse I did it twice - does'nt help.
