ashraf, this phone has a pretty good battery life, i have myself purchased this phone 2 months ago and i can assure u that it has a pretty amazing battery life with edge network and with 3g u'll have to charge it once again in the day !

raju, 02 Nov 2012not so good compare ti s duosno,it is better than s duos, specially in battery backup criteria. I'm using desire v and my friend have s duos. we keep compare the both phones everyday. and found desire v is better.

Can anyone tell me about the battery performance of this phone? I'm planning to buy this, and I need to keep the auto sync enabled all the time. Any good. I'm using Desire HD which has 200mAH battery but I have to charge my phone twice a day if I keep the sync on. Anyone have any experience with the battery of desire V? Please please please let me know.

I have problems to get the compass working....it always points to the North...even I have refreshed it...I uninstalled the apps and installed a different compass....the problem still exist...the compass needle don't seem to work. Anybody can assist and advise? Ty

Before last 3 months i have brought one HTC Desire v mobile , due to over heating problem we have surrounded the mobile , and the company side have said if any mobile causes problem within 6 months they will replace and give new one , but there is no response from the company for the past three months .

I respect your opinion, but just try placing the two phones together. This is a Beautiful device, Samsung continues to make soap-shaped phones.
It is slimmer, has a better display and has a better brand-tag with it. Pretty much convincing for me. :)

I have now owned this phone for 2 weeks and I would make the following comments:
1. Call quality - very good.
2. MP3 music quality and loudness - excellent.( When
attached to my Beyerdynamic earphones )
3. Internet connectivity and speed - very good.
4. Camera - average.
5. Dual sim handling - good.
6. Ability to pick up signal in weak reception area -
very good
7. To sum up,this phone is much better than my other
phone the HTC One V
