I stay in US...I want to know if it will work in USA ?
Because my retailer told me I should not buy it online...As there is no guarantee if it will work or not...!! Please clarify on it .thanks!!

I have this HTC Desire V for more than a month. I like the design and screen for a dual sims phone. The problem is that the GPRS / 3G signal often disappear and hence no mms, can't go on line. I checked the setting and mobile network connected, since it is new phone I bought and reluctant to send it to agent for repair. Anyone here can advise what to check or what can be done? Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for a Dual Sim Android phone, this is really worth going. The functionality of dual sim has been really handled well when it comes to messages and calls. Note: its not dual Active, its only Dual Standby. It has got a very good 4.0 inch screen and good UI. Memory : 4GB - The Internal storage is only 1gb and 3gb is taken for the phone's OS.

By the way, all the problems about the disappearing of the network, the web surfing related slaggishness issue and everything else have been sorted out by two updates HTC released. They even ironed out the software glitches, that's why I can't wait to get my hands on a European version as soon as it's available.

Great looking phone may be the best looking in the market ,good screen,handy,good UI,good OS
On the cons side gets heated up,signal disappearing but doubt if these issues get sorted out by updates
For a dual sim user who has been looking for smartphones on little higher end it's something worth the wait

HI,
I got the DesireV international model and it is a great phone... i have loaded lots of stuff on it and it does not stick... the touch interface is great and phone flows smoothly. It is one of the high end dual sims with respect to feel and functionality yes it would be great if it have a dual core processor, but i have a quad core tablet so i do my stuff on that. Whatsapp works great as well and yes it is dual standby not notdual active i wish it was dual active.
Dont listen to those who say its not a good phone, the camera is good it gets the job done. Dont compare it to a S2 or S3 it is in a different category.

which camera phone is better? Desire V or Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos?? both dual sim and 5MP camera..i heard that Desire V camera is not so good...
