Rohit, 22 Jul 2012I buy this phone a week ago.Its an awesome phone .The only thing which was woory to me before ... morepls close the back cover properly. Get it to click! I thought i had the same issue but its fine now. Maybe its new maybe you are scared it will get broken! lol

location PH: great phone, first powerful dual sim android, has ICS, its very quick, nice touch with the picasa, flickr, skydrive,integration with the "gallery" its light and thin very thin, cam quality is ordinary though nothing great. I like the blinking green lED when you have a message, like ericsson used to have before, i wish more phones would have a visible status like blackberry and old phones from before :)
let down because its not dual active like my VERY old D980(it may be ancient but the D980 is dual active you can receive calls while using the other line) people think your phone is OFF when you are using the other line and that sucks

I got this phone a week ago. My previous phone was iPhone 4. The HTC Desire V is my first Android phone and I LOVE IT! The size is perfect for a guy, it is lighter and slimmer than the iPhone. Screen size is not too big. The dual SIM is fantastic because I travel internationally a few times a year. Battery live is great, better than the iPhone. User interface is smooth, no hang ups. Fast enough. I'm sure the HTC One X or Samsung Galaxy S3 (or even S2) is faster, but for half the price this is the perfect phone for me.

Can someone tell me if HTC Desire V can swap the sims actively? For example if I'm on the phone with one SIM and I get a call on the other SIM, does the caller get the busy tone or 'out of area'? Thanks
