I assure u my frnds this phone has no problem...excellent phone...very customizable..after rooting sense 5 is available...asphalt 8 works ...sony and samsung have ugly UI...this phone works very very well...both dual and single sim variants....good processor...snapdragonplay...optimised for gaming....very good ram management...excellent no-nonsense midranger...

Ok........when i try to open my messages, it tells me it cant tht i should forward my complaint to HTC.......took it to a techinician to help me sort it but he told me my HTC DESIRE X cant be flashed and it went off completely.....Now it jst stops on"HTC quietly brilliant" and thts it..what do i do because i bought it in India and i do stay in Uganda

its not good to buy. i was out of my mind so i bought it. reasons are below
1- battery back up worst. if net is on even in back ground. battery will last max 5 hours.
2- phone sound settings are horrible. cant control vibration. either it will be off for everything or it will be on for everything. same with volumes.
3- they say RAM is around 800 MB bet less buts actually 580 around. which is so damn less for phone costing 13k.
4- internal memory 4 GB. its less buts its ok.
5- apps movement to SD card is a problem again.
6- speakers so week. ring and music sound is only good when having ear phone.

aj, 23 Nov 2013this phone is the best phone ive seen in this range it has a official update to 4.1 and 4.2 wi... morehuh? there are currently no official plans from htc to upgrade this phone to ver 4.2. i have seen some unofficial lists of phones that are receiving updates to their os and sense,, and desire x is not on any of them either. lets hope for the best though.

Yuvi, 08 Nov 2013its HTC desire X "OS" upgradeable to 4.1.2??this phone is the best phone ive seen in this range it has a official update to 4.1 and 4.2 will be avaliable in jan 2014 or later all the games are playable on this device

Its a very good phone and very smooth in working....camera is really good....and multitasking in this phone works really good.... Only problem is that it downloads images or any thing only when a sd card is inserted in it ...so that`s the only drawback in it....rest the phone can be given a rating of 4.5 out of 5....

When android will make official stock release 100% quality working os for phones cuz there are thousands of issues that even best specification telephones work like shit!

Dear Bab, if u have windows xp the mobile will not be connected as mass storage. But if u connect it to Windows 7 or 8 it will be connected normally.
