Ajay Ghorawat, 23 Oct 2010so many games come in jar file format. Can I download them and play them. If yes which display... moreYes you can play .jar games.
When you install them just go to jblend in tools and you will see them there and that where you lunch them from.
Just know 2 things.

1. This phone does not have a physical key pad so you need to only install games that support touch screen.

2. Programs load from the top left of the screen. So a game 128x128 will only load in the first 128x128 pixels in that corner. The screen on this phone is 480x800 pixels so a game that small, I don’t think you will be able to control it.

I am using it in English.
You pick the language in the first time setup.
I think I saw 6 languages to pick from.
I can’t find my way back to that screen where I picked the language when I was setting it up (could be a onetime thing) so make sure to pick the right thing when setting up.

Hi everyone.
Found this cool program using XDA Market.
It let's you use your HD2 as a Remote for your PC. One program with many interfaces.
1.remote for MediaPlayer
2.Touch pad for your mouse
3.wireless keyboard.
4.PowerPoint remote
5.Windows Media Center Remote.
And the nice part is it connects to your PC using WLAN. You don't even have to be in the room to have control.

Shokaman, 21 Oct 2010Hey Anthony, U know what, i just got a new Battery. Guess what, the phone is all good now!!! C... moreWOW!
I take back my words about your Tec not knowing shit.
The new battery you have, is it and Original or a generic?
Is the LED Orange when you plug it in to charge? That’s important; you don’t want to find out after, that it’s the charging connectors in the battery compartment that are damaged.
At least you got one good thing out of this. You are no longer running an old T-mobile ROM but the newest HTC factory unlocked ROM. (still don’t know how your phone could be T-mobile but have a S/N and be digitally signed as a UK factory unlocked phone.
If you are interested in doing some settings tweaking and some ROM storage cleaning up. Just let me known. Those are the things that keep the phone running smooth.

when the ROM was loading from the PC, did you see a black loading screen with HTC written on it and a green loading bar? if not, do it again using the exe file.
then give me the info on the 4 color bands screen so i can compair it with my phone.
and yes it is ok to give htc the info they asked for.

Anthony, 21 Oct 2010somthing just cross my mind.. do you have active sync or Windows Mobile device centre install... moreNo, I dont have ActiveSync installed in my PC. I m using Windows XP. I am downloading ActiveSync 4.5 now. Is it going to help?

BTW, I wrote an email to HTC Customer Service UK about the problem. They replied and asked for my S/N and IMEI number so that they can check. Is it alright to give them these info?
