[deleted post]Are you talking about the Touch Diamond or Touch Diamond2?

If you are complaining about the performance of the Touch Diamond2, why are you doing it here?

I have had many WM phones, and HTCs as well. There are nothing wrong with them.

First thing I do when I have a smartphone, which is not cheapO compared to regular phones, I GET A CASE FIRST.

SharpKami, 08 May 2010Phone detects the computer , gets the message to accept file but never completes the file tran... moreI got the US HD2 with ROM 2.10.531.1 and Radio 2.08.50.08_2.

I don't have your problem.

I know I had the same problem as you have now with my Omnia i900: mostly ROM & Radio problem.

I was never able to do anything between the i900 and the U820 via bluetooth. With the US HD2, transfer and connection were trouble free.

Hence, you might need to update your ROM & Radio.

You gotta use a program specifically for Youtube, and it comes with the US HD2.

If you don't have the program, try "youtubeplay v1.0.0.11". I am not sure if it works for the HD2 though.

Just wondering. Could some geek actually run Windows XP on this, coz the processor and RAM actually outspecs some UMPCs that run XP. Has this ever been done? The only real constraints are hardware interfaces like some sort of mouse/pointer device, and a keyboard.

HTC HD2 is simply a great phone!
Granted, you will never have it 100% in any phone, but having used HTC Leo for 2 weeks now, my experience is just wow each day. There is no dull moment with Leo - it's just a complete smart PDA.
The router facility in the phone works so perfect and is very hand to transfer web access from phone to laptop.
The camera is great. Sound quality - excellent! Digital compass is very nice too.
Essentially, all that is mentioned in the specifications are working well and I think Winmo 6.5 isn't a disappointing OS as some people have tried to express. I think it boils down to personal choice and satisfaction. Winmo OS meets my needs and HTC HD2 is the exact phone my soul had longed for! Go for it if you ain't decided yet.

I imagine that this is what most people would want.
I don't own one of these phones (am thinking of buying one) but it may be possible to alter your email account settings to delete emails off the server after download to your phone.
