HTC HD2 width is ridiculous, obviously it is not a 1-hand operation device with that kind of width! unless you have a frankenstein hand!!
Give me good reasons to wait an extra 2 weeks longer for the HTC HD 2 because at the mo im going for N900!

To the peson who answered about the video quality, I do not want any camera phone but just something quite descent...Knowing the fps value would help for that...
Thank you Anthony for the good tips and sharing your knowledge! Iīve been looking these mobiles shells and it does not seem like you can have an individual background for the different sceens of the homescreen... And is there any apps that could help us use the LED flash as a light?
Zak, I guess you are running with a mobile shell then, right?
Many thanks again!
SHAMOUTI, 21 Oct 2009Why a 65k display?!?cos winmo only supports 65k. even if they made it 16mil, only 65k of those wud be used. so keep costs low and pass benefits to consumers (or themselves)
Hi guys, can u all please give me a favor ?
i wanna ask about HTC HD2 and Nokia N900, which 1 is better ? (in ur opinion)
thx before :)
Anonymous, 21 Oct 2009Hi all!
I have been waiting for a long time for a first good full touch screen from SE but... morethere is one tiny reply that should answer all your questions...windows mobile is the most editable os ever, just imagine your having a windows on your cell phone then youll realize that the sky is your limit in editing...i have the touch HD and i love win mo in every aspect i can tailor the entire environment according to my usages..the only problem that existed with win mo devices was the lagging issues and the resistive touch screen requirement and those have already been crushed with this phone ..its capacitive and its 1gb processor with a very adequate amount of RAM double the HD...so this should be one great PDA .
but you have to note that WIN mo requires a person whose at least familiar with a little complexity its not straight forward as the iphone os thats because its more professional but yet you can have every thing you want just through different roads and shortcuts..
Anonymous, 21 Oct 2009Hi all! I have been waiting for a long time for a first good full touch screen from SE but... moreat the moment htc doesnt focus on video quality, if you want to get a great video quality, go to SE or samsung.
Anonymous, 21 Oct 2009Hi all!
I have been waiting for a long time for a first good full touch screen from SE but... more
The Camera is good but it will never be a digital SLR
Here is a link of stills and video taken from the HD2
You can put 9 shortcuts to any think (program, web link, contact) on the home screen.
Every part of the phone and its programs are sill accessible during a call (if you click notes it will even head it up with the caller id, date and time)
With the use of a 3rd party app, yes you can record a call.(I have even done it on my HTC HD)
When you slide your finger up to see the rest of your 9 shortcuts the clock will get smaller. (or if you donít like touchflo 3D you can turn it off and use the raw wm6.5 or install a skin like SPB shell
What a phone! I got to say it ticks all the boxes, but i donít think i could live with a phone that big for to long..... and when you drop it I doubt would still work very well!

I have been waiting for a long time for a first good full touch screen from SE but it does not seem to be coming...NOw the HD2 seems to answer most of my requirements but I still have a few details that I wonder about...
Video quality: Someone confirmed it was VGA but how many fps?
Can the LED flash be issued as a torch light? and how good should the camera be?
I am not familiar with HTC phones so I need to ask: Do you have the possibility to have a shortcut to your Notes from the homescreen?
Can the phone menu (or at least the calendar) be accessed during a call? Can one record a call?
Also, is there any ways to reduce the size of the huge clock from the homescreen? Can this be set on the top menu bar with the battery and connections icons? In that way that the clock would still be visible when typping an sms?
Thank you very much for your precious help!
