You don't need to pray, all you need is a hair dryer, just open the back cover and dry the water with it for few minutes, after which you will have a working phone.
High Tech, 07 Mar 2011Saw another video of Spb Mobile Shell 5 (Android version). It looks nice than before. It seems... moreAlso it looks like you can tag your panels (Home, Music, Travel, etc.).. That's a nice feature. You can see very quickly what panel you want...
Saw another video of Spb Mobile Shell 5 (Android version). It looks nice than before. It seems to get better by each build. The last video I saw said it will have unlimited panels to add short cuts and widgets. The video I saw had like 12 panels (when you add your last panel another appears for you to add).... Spb needs to release the app to the public (taking TOO LONG to release)... Haven't seen it on any new phones released or announced???? I want to try the Windows version on my HD2. Will try when released. Hopefully it will not drain battery or take up alot of space???? Also cannot wait for Xda Dev to get there hands on it to make even better.....
Adam Conolly, 03 Mar 2011Hi. I have a question for Anthony or anyone who cam help. I am based in the UK and I just drop... morei also encountered the same problem in uganda
remove the battery
borrow another HD2 from any one
keep it for charging for nearly 4hours
shake well so that the water should completly dried out
put the device under direct sunlight for another 4 hours
keep the device back in front of your workshiping place and pray for another 4 hours for fast recovery
take back the dvice by praising the god
put your battery back in the mobile praying to god to heel it
your mobile will be ok if you had prayed sincerely
may god bless your mobile
Hi everyone ! Just entered here to say that I own this device already for about 7 months and I'm very proud of my decision I've made of buying the HD2 .. Now I use Android 2.2 on NAND without Windows Mobile 6.5 anymore on it.. so now for me it's a pure Android Device.. it is really awesome that it gives such opportunities of switching different OS-es, thanks to the developers from the XDA.. I really enjoy it very much & recommending to everyone who wants a Very Good High-End Device !
By the way.. if someone is interested on having Android 2.2 or 2.3 on the HD2, just write here, & I'll explain you how to install it on the HD2 with all the installation steps: (I mean Android NAND, wich means you will have only Android on the Device, Windows Mobile 6.5 will be wiped out from the device, No SD Card Required)
I've been using my HD2 for 6months now and its perfect for me, but suddenly I started experiencing a problem with my phone, everytime I check sms or dial a number it always goes on landscape mode even though im holding it on portrait. what should I do?
please help. Thanks

Adam Conolly, 03 Mar 2011Hi. I have a question for Anthony or anyone who cam help. I am based in the UK and I just drop... moreWhat kind of low down person sells a phone that was dropped in water to the point of damage, and didn’t even have it repaired first? All you can sell on that now is the battery cover. There are now mechanical parts in this phone so you can’t even sell it for parts. Its all electrical and you screwed that with the water. If you not going to fix it just give it to a kid that wants a broken toy to play with because that is all it is now.
i regret buying this phone.. it hangs a lot, heats up with prolonged call or internet usage, it even reboots on its own... a bad phone to have..
Hi. I have a question for Anthony or anyone who cam help. I am based in the UK and I just dropped my HTC HD2 in water causing some real damage. Presently screen isnt responding and T Mobile wont accept becos of liquid damage.I sent for repairs but was quoted £140 which doesnt make economic sense for me to do. Question
1. What options do I have and what can I do ???
2. Can I still sell ??
3. How much will a sale fetch and where can I sell???
Help PLEASE. Thanks

I have the folder Android on the root of the SD card with the files CLRCAD.exe, haret.exe, initrd.gz, startup.txt, system.img, userdata.img, zImage in it. Tell me if this is correct.

when you extracted the file you renamed the folder "Android" this is incorrect.
what you should have done is...
extract the file and in the folder made look for a folder already named "Android"
copy that Android folder to the root of the SD card.
