Hello, I've just updated my phone with the new updates however, I am unable to open and or edit some of my excel and word documents that I was previously able to prior to the updates. Do I need to re-save them in another format so that they are compatible?

I'm actually laughing while I'm typing this since all your gripes about the phone aren't a problem at all... But I do agree on what you said that you shouldn't be using it if it's a Smartphone...
