This was my Sister's first windows phone. She had them for many years. She had a warranty with Tmobile and had to replace the phone about 5 times. The major problem is the camera would not work. She would either press the button on the phone or on the screen it would just launch the home screen. The other problem was she only use the speaker on the phone and it would go out. Tmobile ended up not have the phone any more. Tmobile gave her a Nokia 925 as a replacement. She really loves windows phone as a OS. I am actually going to buy the HD7S as a backup used because I have the otterbox I bought as gift for her she never used.

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2014Hey how did you get it to download apps?I had the same problem and solve it By updating it software and for that, you'll need to download and install ZUNE from windowsphone site and after that plug your phone after few seconds the driver will be installed and after that it will look for updates and then install them, your phone might need 3 or more updates according to what version and in the end you'll be able to download apps from the marketplace

This is the worse phone I've ever owned, can't support anything affiliated with Google (which is everything like fb, nav, YouTube, etc) have problems nonstop w/phone just flashing on n off, frustrated me to no end. There's also no self facing lens and the primary lens sucks as well as the speakers on the phone, can't personalize a wallpaper or a live one at that, I dropped it once stepping out of my truck and the screen is shattered. If I read a review this helpful I would have never bought it, I went through tons of reviews, had some skepticism but I should have listened. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, save $100 and get the HTC, Iphone, galaxy, LG, that you really want S.o.S
