I try to download Facebook n other app on my HTC hd7but I can't do that and I can't send nor recieve file from any phone.what will I do?

mido, 19 Oct 2013Hello am using HT HD7t9292 I want to use 3G I don't know how to setupI am using HTC HD7 so that occur reset so I lost all my info and latter ,I was wakeup that my phone ask me, it is new phone ,when I searched my previous document ,then ask me the error code, after many consultation of window phone that they give me a new codes not solved the problem and outstanding code is 80072FOD which indicated the error code ,what you can do for me from this

1. Download Zune software onto your computer.
2. Connect your HTC HD7 phone and it will first of all update the phone software from windows 7 to windows 7.8 and then you can have all the fan there is on windows phones.

this phone sucks me, am already thinking of dumping it. It does not allow you to download any apps and neither does it play youtube videos. its the worst gadget i have ever held in my pretty hands
