I'm d user of both sony & htc,recently sony has updated all his mobiles with d latest os & i'm happy with dat.Htc using d same ui with all phones and d phones r not updated with latest os especially not having d general video call facility.
If dis goes on then other brands r going to gain d market and htc going to loose the market in india.
Htc made an announcement on the latest ice cream sandwich update for htc but will it get to incredible s

For me incredible S great mobile I ever had. My wife has iphone 4G but for me HTC more useful and more flexable. I upgreated froy 2.2 to 2.3.3 it's good
One thing there's no video call at all and have to upgread to gingerbread 2.4 have to wait it's aviable in my country so sad..

I am facing many issues with incredible S,its about 2 months old and has a hell lot of... moreTry updating the software (Menu, Settngs, About Phone, Software Upates, Check Now). If not, then just take it back to where you bought it and have it replaced/ repaired - it's only 2 months old. If you've had these issues from day one, you ordinarily get 28 day 'like-for-like' exchange at the store you bought it from - I'd have done that straight away.
If not, take it back anyway as you get a 12 month warranty.

I have contacted the customer support and they have given me a set of instructions to do on my mobile. I will do it and once successfull i will let you know. till that be calm. dont panic

Call quality for me is awesome and never had a disconnect or reboot.
Not even a freeze, on CM7.1 this is the best phone I've ever used/owned.
For some reason you guys come here to talk down about it instead of using your warranty. Seems suspect

I am facing many issues with incredible S,its about 2 months old and has a hell lot of issues,It is really getting on my nerves,The signal drops frequently and the call gets disconnected thought it was a network issue and changed the SIM as well,still no go,the voice quality is also not good,It automatically gets restarted twice to thrice everyday,Please do advice if anything can be done,can this be fixed or should i exchange my mobile for another brand
Incredible S is getting on my nerves,its jus 2 months old and is giving me a hard time,it gets restarted automatically and the signals drops and the call gets disconnected,checked with the provider if there was an issue with the n/w and changed the SIM as well,still no go,Calls get disconnected frequently
Guys please advice if there is any fix for this or should i replace my mobile
