Whch is going to announce on 11 july in india
[deleted post]where did you receive this information? and how are you sure about no Gorilla Glass and no NFC in Indian Version??
iamamrith, 04 Jul 2014Tried doing it but it's very cumbersome. It's all Chinese. Tried searching with the search too... moreYou can buy the E8 from Taobao through the Agent's website all in English:
1. go to http://www.bhiner.com/
2. Search for "HTC E8"
3. You should see a lot of E8's for around $500 USD. This price actually includes the $25 agent fee for using Bhiner, so the only additional charges will be shipping and then taxes/duties imposed by your local government (if any).
4. When you found one you like, you can buy the E8 all in English
Again, I'm using Bhiner as an example and never personal used them nor am recommending or endorsing them. Use at your own risk. If you decide to buy, make sure you buy the China Unicom version, NOT the China Mobile version. And last, again, because this is designated for the Chinese market it will not have Google Play installed and other possible caveats (possible limited language menu/input options, etc...)
