After almost six months, a crack behind the screen appeared on my phone so I contacted HTC One for a replacement which was shipped out to me the next day. After two weeks, the speaker died so I couldn't hear my calls! So I contacted HTC One again and again a replacement was shipped out to me the next day. I received the phone on a Friday. By Sunday the microphone died so no one could hear me on the phone! I contacted HTC One who told me that I would have to ship back the defective phone #2 before they could ship out replacement phone #4. That process created a one week delay for me to receive replacement #4 but there was no way around it. So I shipped back defective phone #2, stuck out the week with defective phone #3, then as soon as I saw HTC One received defective phone #2, I placed an order for replacement #4 and waited the weekend for shipping confirmation. Today Tuesday I noticed I still didn't receive shipping confirmation of phone #4 and contacted HTC One and was told that there is no more phones in stock! And there's no time frame when I'll get a replacement phone! There's some kind of problem with the manufacturer or something...DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! You will just waste your money on a bad phone and won't be able to get a replacement when your phone dies!

its world 1st good phone..i use 2 months...old i use samsung s4....but htc one m8 is superb..my next dream is htc buterfly....mobile data on i use 2 days...no talk to anything

well i must admit this phone is better then iphone, samsung note 1 2 3 4.. and better then sony and all other cheap phones such as nokia.. i did root on htc one m8.. and the phone rocks fast and no lag whatsoever... anyone who wana buy Htc one m8 please do so.. im so very satisfied with this phone 10 out of 10 ...

Maybe you have a faulty unit, though I suspect it's a software issue, not a hardware one. Anyways, hope you find a solution to your problem! Good luck!

This phone is perhaps the best phone out ...unless u really want to print ur photos...except this the phone is absolutely boss..no UI issues,performance great , excellent screen and speakers absolutely stunning build quality and premium feel in the hand..the complete phone...and also for people criticizing the camera are actually just going for numbers...photos are actually very good..the only thing is that the pixel count is less which can only be seem if u view them on a huge screen or 64" TV..or something...the image quality i.e the light balance , iso , exposure , range , color reproduction , focus are the fastest and best..so before considering any other smartphone try this..u will be amazed
