great one! I just replace it after 2 years and sell it, but still works like first day, fast, stable, strong battery, great design and material quality, wonderful colorful display, loud stereo speakers, still better camera than half "flagships" today. Great job from HTC!

Dear Sir,
My HTC One Model No 831C Device serial no-HT442SF05543 ,not supporting 4G network.When i changed to 4G ,it will not showing signal.My STC connection is 4G connection. Please give me a good solution.

Hello everyone, I bought a HTC M8 through ALIEXPRESS, great phone but, I noticed several things that made me think this phone is not original, the phone looks like new, no scratches, according to model # at the back of the phone it is an International version but when I reset the phone into hboot phone shows VZW, that means is a Verizon phone, phone is not getting network after installing custom ROMs, tried with LP and MM, the glass that protect the phone only covers screen but according to pictures it should cover the whole front, including speakers, I don't know what to do to get network in my Country, I live in Colombia, south America, any suggestions?, thanks.

This phone has never given me a problem in 2 years except until today. My battery completely died and now my HTC Sense wont work and I cant pull up any of my apps.
Any suggestions?

sdq, 02 Jan 2017Does it support jio 4g sim???Obviously it supports jio sim . But m8 doesn't comes VoLTE , so that u cant connect a call without data on and Jio Call app . Not a big deal, Download Jio Call (Its lil annoying) make sure u dont give permissions to it, to extend ur battery life.

Anonymous, 11 Jan 2017 HTC One M8 will be compatabile with android Nougat 7.0Unfortunately NO. :( M8 won't be getting official 7.0 . But if you root the phone, u ll get the update from Lineage OS. Its best custom os as of now from my point of view. Give it a try (At your own risk).

But in my case, it's because I am using different micro USB cable upon charging which is not from The HTC package. My husband has lost the original cable for HTC one m8. So every time I charge, it notifies slow charging because it requires the cable of HTC itself. Regarding your battery which takes 7 hrs charging, your battery probably has a problem? or it is poorly charging due to the charger itself, or too much running apps while on wifi, etc.
