The Camera lens on the back scratch very easily on both cameras. Hard to replace, because the phone unibody. Once you got your lenses scratched up, it will take horrible pictures.
The phone also lags after a while. Do the double tap to wake the phone up and sometimes you have to wait 2-3 seconds for the screen to wake up.
Same with apps on your screen. Try launching the camera app and there is a 3-4 second pause.
This phone is obsolete in 2016. You can get a much better performing budget phone nowadays.

Im very confused now.

Fantastic phone!! very good battery backup, very good both cameras, very very good speed much much better than samsung s5, moto turbo, lg g4 etc... great phone i have ever used... well done HTC...
