This is the best phone i had ever used so far, i used the samsung s5 but if im going to compare the two.htc one m8 is far behind s5..the camera is amazing and the battery is superb. Guys,try to buy the asian model which is clocked at 2.5ghz you will be amaze..

I used this phone for 2 weeks and i bought the asian version which is clock at 2.5ghz, so amazing phone, no lags at all,excellent battery life and camera is great. This is the best smartphones out there.

I think htc was cheating us. Im pretty sure m8 camara is 8mp or high. But they published it as 4. After that people think 'wt the hell, if 4mp of htc like this wt about a 13 mp camara from htc?' so using this cheat, htc can save their top level of smart handset world. (dnt blame me guys. This is my humble openian.)

boby, 23 May 2014More pixels don’t mean better photos – larger pixels do. The HTC One (M8) features UltraPixels... moreFirstly, Ultrapixels are not any kind of pixels. They're just larger pixels. And they are 3 times larger than the smallest 1.12 micro meter pixels, not 2 times larger.
And more megapixels means more detail. It's a compromise that you make between higher detail level and better low light photography.
The camera is decent but mid range material at best. The 2014 flagships have bigger sensors that have much better dynamic range.
HTC must've increased the sensor size and kept the pixel size same. A 1/2 inch 9 mp camera must've been killer. But they sticked to the small 1/3 inch sensor.
Bigger pixels are good but 4MP us just too low to zoom in or crop.

More pixels don’t mean better photos – larger pixels do. The HTC One (M8) features UltraPixels(not megapixels!) twice the average size to capture over 300% more light. Finally, remember the night like you’ve always wanted!!!

4 mp camera ??
I know it's not a major issue for many people, but something like that really puts a dent on all this hype.
It's not a cheap phone to get away with something like that.

So I would recommend you to wait for iPhone 6 right now.

I use the m8 for 2 weeks now and i can say only good things about it.For 2600 MaH battery it's one of the best (if not the best).No lag no freeze.It's the best choise if u need phone for gaming or smooth browsing.The camera isn't bad at all if u know how to play with the settings.

AnonD-3630, 21 May 2014about 3 hours and 10 min Bro it charges faster when connected to your wifi or 3g around 1 hour 40 mins. I think its gonna be helpful for you. Dont charge it without 3g or wifi.
