Delli, 24 Jul 2016Why do you say that? Im thinking of getting oneI`m using this phone for six months. It`s a decent phone and everything works like it should, so it`s worth of your money. But I`m missing some small features that would make this phone fabulous.

It will ruin every positive comment you made above. I loved my phone yesterday, finally did the update today, I now hate htc, will never buy another one. A. A company really must suck when their update totally incapacitates your phone like it did mine today.

Best ever phone made by HTC. It has superb build quality as well as a nice display with CGG3 protection despite being little weighty (160g). While people all around are talking about the battery backup of this phone saying its not good, I must say that smartphones these days are made heavy in terms of hardware so its obvious that it will consume more power than expected. 14hrs of battery backup is enough for it. I'm using it since a month, upgraded it to Marshmallow through official RUU Stock Rom and it's working absolutely fine and smooth. No issues has been detected yet. Battery backup is also fine even on 3G band. Just the thing is I can't just switch to GSM Only mode in Marshmallow RUU Stock Rom. I would definitely suggest others to give it a Go.

This phone was outstanding when I got it and continued to be great until the dreaded January 2015, when I was updated to Lollipop. Lollipop RUINED my phone and you can now describe the experience about "as smooth as sandpaper." The phone is incredibly laggy and also insanely hard to root if you want to do anything about it (thanks verizon). Camera sucks and so does the battery life now, it routinely shuts off at around 18%, and when it shuts off, it WON'T TURN ON WITHOUT NEEDING A FACTORY RESET. What a POS. Never again will I buy an HTC. Also, after upgrading to Marshmallow, the experience became no better and there are days when I am livid for no reason and I just realized it is because my phone is so terrible, and in order to improve my quality of life, I just went out and bought a Nexus 6. Hopefully that'll keep me sane until next July.

Not at all good. 3g connectivity stopped working though 4g was fine. LCD also started giving trouble, all these with new handset, and the worst part is the customer service that you will get from HTC ,once your device is in service centre.

The truth is a have bad experience with midrange android phones-tablets (lag, apps force closing, random restarts). So i thought taking an old flagship would be better. And htc m8(design&specs)is one of the phones I like the most at this price range. Does it still runs smoothly? Most comments here are negative.
