Updated this from sense 6 to sense 7 and android 5.1 to android 6 on tuesday.
I was getting around 6 and half hours screen on time , draining roughly 15% per every one hour of screen on time. which is very good .... since the update the phone heats up more and the battery life is decreased greatly .
I now loose 10% for every 25-30 mins of screen on time ,

do you have any id on which we can mail to htc regarding this issue lots of people facing same issue on m9 as well i think we should starting writing now regarding that issue soon we write soon we get something to cheer for htc

Sanj, 31 Jan 2016three tiny files recieved stating "new updates" ... stop teasing us .. pls give 6.0 ( INDIA )Just install that three files first then after that check for another update and then there you will see the bigger file 6.0

I figured it out after i posted the message that you are asking for internet pass through , my apologies. Same here today i looked up for internet pass through but could not find it. We all should shoot mail to HTC . I am awe stuck how can they remove such a nice feature from marshmallow. Anyone else able to find a solution to this do write a reply.

The marshmallow update is actually pretty fast. I have had it now for a week, sense 7 transitions are more quicker, apps which were previously hanging are now more stable. Battery life has substantially increased too, now going for longer hours and the heating of the chasis has greatly reduced, almost unnoticeable. I think this update has done well for the M8.

I want to share my pc network with my htc one m8 and it known as internet pass through earlier in lolipop it was available but in mashmallow i cant see that option.

AnonD-494695, 02 Feb 2016i have htc one m8 today i udated it to mashmallow 6.0 in india.i guess internet pass through o... moreyou would find usb tethering in usb connection settings when you would connect your mobile via usb to your pc there you can change from charing, file transfer, usb tethering, or mirror link.

i have htc one m8 today i udated it to mashmallow 6.0 in india.i guess internet pass through option is missing i was using it in 5.0 but now i cant find that out any one can help on that and
is there any other way i can share my pc internet with my phone please reply as soon as possible

I convert my normal HTC M8(Europe virsion) to Google play edition with OTA facilities and its success. GPE is much smooth,lite and good UI.
