Many HTC user facing freezing issue on facebook messenger.
This is not a fault of your phone...
To fix it just Go to....
1. Developer option in settings menu
2. Scroll down
3. You see a option "Use Nuplayer"
4. Just unclick it.
Problem solved.
***If dont find Developer option in settings menu...
Go to settings
Then click "About"
Then click "Software information"
Then click "more"
Then click "Build number 7/8 time continuosly"
Then you will find Developer option in settings menu above 'about' option.

This is thé Best of thé smartphone concept for HTC. I think thé HTC A9 it's Just a mistakes. I don't know why they have to do when they make This smartphone. When you comparé the HTC M8 as Thé HTC A9 or M9 you can realize thé are Just copicate of the HTC M8. Son enjoy.

I got this phone yesterday all i can say that it is great overall. I switch to htc from using samsung phones. This is my first htc and i'm loving it! Btw, i got android version marshmallow. 😃

I've been using this phone for 1.5 years and it's flawless even under heavy use.

OMG ... Need help guys ... At the up lift corner the touch side hang out many times even when i rotate the phone it dosn't work so it's not a problem from the touch screen ,and i rest factory the phone and still not working !!!
