my htc one m8 fell inside water and has since never remained the same, it doesn't accept sim card again and when it comes on, it goes off immediately...whats the remedy?

It's a good phone but has very weak battery life doesn't last a day or two.It's very slow on mobile data but good with WI-FI internet.

My HTC one M8 takes 5 hours to charge and there's no system update stock with kitkat please help...m using charger comes from the box

Am getting a new unit for $81 and will use it for about... moreif you're fine with the 2GB of RAM, then a new HTC M8 for under $100 is a no-brainer in my opinion. it is a great phone and can easily be ran longer than the 1.5 years you plan to have it for, if you need to

Amazing phone,have it since 2014 and works perfectly.it has fallen on the most rough surfaces like tar roads and hard surfaces and the screen is intact. Touchwood.

Bought this phone in July 2013 still running like it's new battery lasts me the whole day and i talk way too much, sadly the screen broke when it fell down last week, wanted to go fix it but the wife called me stingy so decided to buy the HTC U11, im HTC for life.

I bought this phone in 2014 still works like was bought yesterday. Well done, HTC.
sad news guys , HTC is no longer sending their phones to South Africa and I've been loyal to HTC since 2007. I bought iPhone X and Google Pixel 2 whilst my M8 remains an unbeatable phone that I'll use until it dies.
please GSMARENA talk to HTC to bring back their phones. HTC 10 never came in our country.
nonetheless , HTC for life no matter what

3 years in and my M8 still runs buttery smooth every day. The battery was excellent but has degraded with time, as can be expected. HTC won my heart with this phone, and I'm excited to try out their U11+ soon.
