If you want a very well built phone HTC is the way to go. Like Apple, Samsung buyers buy because it's the popular thing too do. I buy the best product no matter what manufacturer. I've had the Samsung s6 and in my opinion right or wrong the Droid turbo destroys it and any HTC. You just need to be happy with your own decision.

M series is the flagship of HTC which uses high end processor, and also pricing high. Latest flagship M9 uses snapdragon 810 processor and uses $700 price tag. Though the flagship device uses powerful chipset and scored highest benchmark, its also terrible because of hanging problems battery last no longer. Also has boaring touchwiz UI.
