The main disadvantage is screen size to body ratio and processer you should get sd808 at least, just do it if it is possible.overall everything is perfect in $399,thanx have a great coming days

Yeah, HTC is history. Those bezels are ridiculously big. I have switched to lg g3, there is no reason to consider HTC anymore. And they even got rid of the boom speakers. RIP HTC

Actually it was iphone who copied htc designs .Bcoz Htc launched this design in 2013 in flagship htc m7 and apple launched this design in 2014 in the flagship iphone 6.how people are saying that htc copied apple designs ?

I don't have a HTC but it's obvious what they are trying to do.

Nobody mentions Samsung has released a Z3 (are they now copying Sony?)
They have also or are just about to release and A9. If they cant sell phones they just disrupt the market by throwing these in to the mix and some people are stupid enough to fall for it.

This is a Mid Range phone they haven't claimed its a flagship.
Hence skipping boom-sound higher res screen and 4k video recording etc...
They are just testing the market and the helmets out there that either
1. cant read
2, don't understand English
3. wont be buying it anyway but like to complain
4. are brand suck ups that will always complain about other brands (i hope the VW Audi fans are listening)

The M10 or whatever they call it will come out if this is moderately successful (probably the same size as the i6s Plus but with the 820 chipset and the bits they havent added to to A9

This phone is pretty ugly, extremely small battery and a not that decent cpu.
It should be worth ~250 dollars not 600

This A9 should be released with QHD resolution display with Amoled, BoomSound speakers, 4000mAH battery, 23MP Camera Dual, then it will be M9+ Killer
Surely it will make HTC rocks,
sadly ... you released product with much much much limitation ... and expensive

Let see a quick comparison of the specs with HTC own m9, that your own site provides...
So A9 to m9...
1) Bigger size for no reason (in all 3 dimensions) for same size screen.
2) Worse screen to body ratio.
3) WAY worse CPU and GPU (!!!).
4) Worse camera resolution.
5) Worse audio setup (stereo front boomsound to mono bottom).
6) Smaller battery (might has little difference though as CPU is less demanding).

A9 is lighter, has fingerprint sensor (in bad position - on the back is WAY better ergonomically, but ok most manufacturers do the same mistake copying Apple) and has OIS.

Comparison to flagships of other brands is disaster.
I really really hoped they present A9 in NON premium price today and along a real flagship. No go.

I actually question the fact that HTC puted the exact same stripes as I phone.
WHY??? Would they do this any way.
And the old fashion design was htcs own signature.
I'm really disappointed in this one.
