I have purchased this phone in the month of December, 2015. From the day one i have problem with battery. First time when i started using the phone, battery was discharging very very very fast in front of eyes like a count down timer. I approached local service center & they upgrade software. But, no use. Second time, they changed charging cable & No use. Just one month back sent to HTC main service centre. They changed battery it seems, still my problem is not solved. I am going to approach consumer forum for justice. It is taking almost 4.5 to 5 hours to get full charge.
suren, 05 Apr 2016this is the worst phone i have ever taken, the main problems are that 1. i am facing problem... moreTurn off notification sounds. Then look on a system tool app. Loads in the playstore. See what apps are running then stop it running by disabling it. Simple really. If you do sort it out, please let everyone know how to fix the issue of they have the same. Thanks and good look
Now that the HTC 10 is out, they are now pausing to give us the Marsh-mellow update for this phone and now Android N is almost out. Are we gonna miss out on Android N too has they are yet to update this phone?
