if so you need to reset factory first if the problem is not solved after that u need a fresh restart of the phone meaning installing the rom again then it will be fine i had the same problem on my e8 it was some type of virus

AnonD-559734, 16 Jul 2016Plz help me! HTC One E9 or HTC Butterfly 2?Either go with the one E9 or One M8, cause both of them are receiving updates unlike the butterfly 2. If you are worried about the 4MP dual camera of One m8 rest assured, it takes similar or better pictures than the butterfly 2. Dont go all out on megapixel as cause that doesn't determine how will the camera performs.

Hey guys,
I just got a new E9 dual sim and when the battery gets under 20% the screen start blinking randomly. When in Chrome, or Whatsapp, or messenger. I am still not sure what causes this.
Anybody has a similar problem? Any solution?

I just bought this e9 and it is my 1st htc phone. Screen is good, camera is good, battery life as expected for smartphone, performance wise excellent. Overall very2 good phone with this price tag. Reccomended htc!

Can i use HTC One E9+ casing for my HTC One... moreYeah a one e9+ case would fit just fine with the e9 since the overall dimensions are similiar, just that the e9+ is slightly thicker than the e9. I personally bought a nilkin frosted shield case designed for the e9+ for my e9 and no problems thus far. Although this seriously depends on the case manufacturer. My advice is to buy from a reputable manufacturer like nilkin.

take your phone to htc and they will help you. I have it less than a month and every thing are ok.the battery stand for 1 day full use and if moderate it stand 1.5 day. with call and sms it stands for 2days and leave about 20%. also I have no problem with camera.even the main is good for midranges but front is really nice and shots very beautiful
