i have this phone which was bought in china,all i can say is,this is a very good phone(previously i have xperia m4 aqua dual which ws the worst ever produced by sony).
cons:i am from india and no gapps with this product,still no available method for rooting this device.
pros:lightweight,display is owesome,sound is good with dual speaker,front camera is very good,rear camera is average,battery is good.

This looks like an interesting device because its 1080p screen could help solve the two main weaknesses of the QHD One E9 Plus--mediocre battery life and graphics performance. Since it retains the UltraPixel front camera and, I assume, the flagship-quality BoomSound speakers, this could turn out to be the best value of this generation of HTC "One" phones.

htc E series are the most cost effective phone in the world.look at E series specs and cost.e8 or e9+ have flagships specification but in very lower prices. I love them
