May be that was either you when 1080p lcd's invented who saying:
"No no no, me happy with 320*240 screen that is more than enough for my eyes, don't do that please."
Why you people judging every single sh*t with your own physical conditions or mental tastes.
You never give f.kn moment to think that may be, just fkn may be some one needs that much resolution for his/her work, or study, or whatever he/she wants to use it.
This is hi-tech you guys, nokia 3310 still waiting for you.
What you gonna do with that frikin complicated electronic garbages.
You are good with nokia one?
Anjeza19, 01 Mar 2015This phone is just amazingyes this phone amazing
On the whole it is a excellent phone, better specs, better camera, better battery and kept the already awesome design and improved it by moving the power button. This is probably gonna be one of the best phones from MWC 2015. It is good that they didn't put QHD as it isn't really needed especially on a 5 inch phone as you can't tell the difference and it kills battery life. I only wish they had made it IP67 and made the screen super amoled. Otherwise this phone is the best, much better than the samsung Galaxy s6.I'll definitely will want to get the Google play edition when it comes out.
I think htc did a good job...not changing the already good design....better camera, an extra gig of ram , adreno 430 , snapoier processor , kept the 1080pto improve performnace and battery life ..and sense 7..
Beautiful phone but I still love my M7 more. Am afraid it's a walk on by for me for the same reason I walked on by the M8. GalaxyS6Edge got me thinking though.
Livius, 01 Mar 2015OMG !!! What a EPIC FAIL !! The same phone , everything is the same only the camera has been c... moreI agree, the Htc one m9 is virtually the same as the m8 besides the cam. But that was the biggest complaint about m8, so theres the reason i never bought the m8 resolved
What kind of resolution were you expecting to discern on a 5" screen? QHD, with current screen technology, is both unnecessary and an absurd waste of battery resource. Well done to HTC for resisting the spec-boys trend in favour of real world practicality. That said, I'll be hanging on to my M7 until I see sample pics that evidence the M9's camera overcoming the lack of optical image stabilisation. Oh, and pleeeease can we have some reviews by journalists who actually know how to evaluate a camera (ie photographers)?
If anyone is going to buy an S6 over an M9 cause of the bezel. Then regretfully i must say its blind fan-boyism at its best.
iyan83, 01 Mar 2015That bezels... meh! (~68.4% screen-to-body ratio)I am sure that u r a @mkbhd follower!!
vineel, 01 Mar 2015Common htc ds s 2k15 not 2k14..It's a big flop model of 2k15...dey have not improved anything.... morehey buddy, for quite alot people using smartphone, 1080p is actually pretty good on everyone's eye. Every single phone out today are obviously need to respond to what people needs,
2 things BATTERY AND STORAGE. keeping a 1080p and a bit larger battery on every phones saves the day of you charging the phone every now and then.
