Overall the phone is very good except it starts to lag after a certain amount of time. but closing all the apps and restarting it solves for me. the speaker n camera is top notch. It is worth it for me.

I bought this device a month ago.
Well as usual the design is great as also the best sound in mobile phones. That is the main reason for me that I love HTC.
The phone has a good build quality but not as good as the older ones as they replaced the full metal body with a plastic back cover.
3GB of RAM is good but not enough for this kind of price. But of course you have 32GB of storage and a SD card support so you can have as much storage as you want.
The 5.2" display is just wonderfull. But the size of the speakers up and down makes the phone look taller than it supposed to be. It is even taller than 5.5" phones. It is creating problem for example to mount it to your old GPS base on your window. But you can live with it.
Well theres is a huge problem my friends.
After a few minutes of playing games (8-12 min) it has problem.
It gets overheating, it is lagging and slows down.
And I mean games with cpu or gpu demands. Like Tetris Blitz, Asphalt 8, Need for speed, Zombie Tsunami etc... I tested it with all of them.
Also I tested one of the lightest navigation app called Here Maps and when the app is working and you charge the phone at the same time after 20' it has the same problem.
So I replaced the device with a new one because at first I thought it had some kind of internal damage caused on shipping. But no luck. The same problem existed on the new one.
So I communicated with HTC and I installed the latest updates, I made a full reset of the phone, I made the battery test they told me but no success.
So in my opinion if you want to buy a nice phone take it. But NOT for heavy use!!! It will disappoint you.
It is a big disappointment my HTC of almost 500€ to be a lot of classes under a chinesse phone that came at my hands called LeTV X800 for about 250€.
I really can't forgive HTC for this.
Thank you very much and sorry for my poor english...
