Confirm you wr using the original charger? Over/Under powered chargers can create unwanted static current on screen.

Such conditions usually happen in trains, etc, when the power supply is uneven and hence the device touchscreen behaves weirdly. Try using a power regulator, or some other power supply source (another plug point), and inspect.

AnonD-150543, 27 Dec 2015hai frnds..sterday i got HTC ONE ME from local retailer.I have some issues.charge drains very ... more1-2 days of battery backup means with the moderate mixed usage.....not only with screen on & internet using....for your usage 50% in 2hr....means total screen on time of 4hr for full charge....which is a bit less as compared to mine but still more than average...mine gives more than 4 & 1/2 hour screen on time....

hai frnds..sterday i got HTC ONE ME from local retailer.I have some issues.charge drains very quickly.have 2hr of internet usage battery come 100 to 50.and heating issue also.anybody give a suggestion for better performance.somebody told battery withstand for 2days.I have a doubt that I bought defective product.

pleas... moreNote 5 - Very powerful, huge, costly, laggy TouchWiz and childlike Samsung design.
Z5 - No clue, but Sony is mostly bloated. Flagship cost.
M9+ - Metal, dual camera, single SIM, flagship cost amazing Sense interface.
ME - Dual SIM, metal frame at front, same software as M9+, amazing Sense interface, mid range device with flagship features and specifications.
Just because of the cost factor, we have a winner! HTC One ME is the most cost effective devices of these all.

The mobile battery is really bad. other features is perfect so far, but it has to be charged 2 times per day at least.

[deleted post]Currently, official HTC price is INR 29900. Available from HTC India website.
You can also check market for some variations. Should not cost you more than INR 30000.
A great value for money device, in my opinion.
