HTC will never give us update so we can manually download it ....... there are lot of features like be support, multi window,etc..... visit link to see all feature..... friend I recommend to download and install manually

Vishal Rana, 15 Feb 2017I also have HTC One me ..... I talk to HTC India about update but they said there is no inform... morerate them extremely low when you receive feedback email....after that you will get call from htc then you can get proper answers to your questions.

I also have HTC One me ..... I talk to HTC India about update but they said there is no information relating to Android update for HTC One me ... as no update released by HTC USA

The phone is good but if you try to contact the company about the android update they pass you to an other country like China because the model it's made there and when you try the Chinese support page you get an error: "Fail to connect server " which is great coming from a multinational company

Ak, 06 Feb 2017I guess there is already a group.. https://mobile.twitter.com/HTCOneME We can use this handle.. other way everyone mail on this link for not providing software update....& say we will report this to consumer court for cheating their customers with fake promises...they also skipped 5.1 lollipop update & said to directly provide marshmallow update....with this the mag will directly be given to HTC company......everyone report as soon possible. http://www.htc.com/in/contact/email/
