So, after doing a comparison with my milestone i have the following query
Milestone 480 x 854 pixels, 3.7 inches (~265 ppi pixel density)
HTC One S 540 x 960 pixels, 4.3 inches (~256 ppi pixel density)
How does a similar ppi on screens 0.6 inches different work?
Is it noticeable or negligible?
this thing is awesome. u guys have any idea when it will be released here in madrid, spain? thanks...

Rajvalwnai, 09 Mar 2012SGS 2 is betterthats it nothing else to support ur comment in my opinion most Samsung have good specs but the design quality sucks the feel plasticky an fragile and looks like and feel like a toy when u hold a htc phone he feel a solid piece of tech with high quality specs that will last brains and brons in one package
aww whyy htc why u put every thing but mem card and radio the deal breakers ur going the way of apple and its a bad road to follow
jackie, 16 Mar 2012hi!you think i should go for this or SGS2???plz give me reasons...:)absolutely this.i mean htc.its slightly more faster than sgs2.also beat audio, thinner at 7.8mm(sgs2 8.5mm),its touchscreen more sensitive than any samsung phone.it come with new android os,and amazing camera.if me,i will choose this or the one x!!:-D

brianguy, 16 Mar 2012dont' forget the baked-on ceramic case. a major plus from look/feel in your hand, and cosmeti... moreI do agree with you, I hate putting my phone in a case but I also believe it's inevitable. just witnessed my brother's Sensation fall and the screen shatter, then I thought how a case could've prevented the damage. it would be a shame though to put a case on that beauty :(
dont' forget the baked-on ceramic case. a major plus from look/feel in your hand, and cosmetic durability standpoint. hate putting a protective case on my phone to protect against drops and give a better grip, only to have it show the scuffs from the inside of the case after only a short time of use. this feature will easily prevent that, and also won't feel as hot in your hand as metal or even some plastics.
So I'm up for an upgrade and looking at the two HTC phones. I like larger screens so the One X is a good candidate but this One S is a beauty.
First you have this metal case that at least on paper looks awesome: http://www.stuff-review.com/2012-03/watch-10000-volts-blast-through-htc-one-s-case/
Then the Snapdragon S4 processor which might be better than the quad-core one. My only worry is that it's not 720p.
It's a tough one. What do you guys/girls think?
why use amoled screen? why? what was the last htc product with amoled? i hate those amoleds.
