AnonD-89902, 19 Dec 2012You can't get One S with S4 processor in India with manufacture warranty, that is for sure.unfortunately its true ,until and unless HTC gets new versions in India :(

For all those who are saying the ONE S is out of stock in India ,I got the reply from managers in US and Taiwan and here it goes :
This is a reply from one of the senior managers of HTC :
"Hi there Sahil. I've been told it's simply out of stock at many Indian retailers. Popular products tend to do that. :-) There's nothing to tell people other than if they want the product, they need to tell the reseller to order more"
