Anonymous, 28 Apr 2012The look : it's the best there is, except htc Desire from what I have moved on to the One S. ... moreThis has been identified by HTC as a issue if you pop back to the store you purchased from they will replace it. This was mention on the news feed on here recently that its an issue.
AnonD-52760, 30 Apr 2012wen will be htc launching one s in India??? waitin.....die heartedly...Thatz d classic handset
Should i wait for this phone in India or pick up Galaxy S2.
My only concern with S2 is that it being an year old phone, might not get future updated officially after ICS.
One S on the other hand would be eligible for future upgrades considering how HTC treats their products.
Guys I'm really confused, whether I should buy One X,or should I go for One s,do you really need a quad core processor?or you can still be satisfied with a dual core one I am really confused with this, also can anyone please tell me the battery life for both the devices and also which phone has a better camera. Thanks in advance.
Sid, 29 Apr 2012So that you can buy some other phone. LOLsome phone manufacturers think if they restrict user then they retain users ....LoL..
The phone price of HTC One S is too high. So why peoples wasting for this if this mobile have no card slot, no good battery life, design is average, features are same as lowest price mobiles and as per my view this have no any advanced technology & outlook. So be careful before buying this set which price is too high but no any specialty as compare to others low rate price mobiles.
Better to by NOKIA 701
wen will be htc launching one s in India???
The pen tile matrix is only noticeable when you look closely.its one of those things that when you notice it at first you will always notice it but reviewers make far too big a deal about it
Can anyone please tell me how the battery life of this phone is with moderate use and if you can notice how Pentile Matrix RGBG screen setup is when viewing pictures and text up close. Also how long does this phone take to charge fully.
The look : it's the best there is, except htc Desire from what I have moved on to the One S.
The moves : no argue that the 2 cores and 1 GB of RAM are at work every day, every second.
The battery : I have this phone since 3 days ago and I'm very pleased with the battery autonomy. My last phone, desire bravo was daily charged and heavy used and had a standard battery, this one I'm using at least the same and the battery life is better, however, I was expecting the same results .
The conclusion : fast, ergonomically, beautiful colors and pixel density, good camera and pretty nice functions, a nice and simple ICS with a slight of SENSE almost .
The unwanted : because I have the black one, it started to have some scratches, 3 of them at the top of my phone but are verry small.
•Battery not user replaceable -
Does it mean that after the life end of the battery the phone is useless......? or i have to go to a mechanic for change the battery, moreover, is the battery avialable...?
•Camera interface makes framing videos pretty hard -
Can it be explain widely...?
•Incapable of 3G video calls without a 3rd party app - what does it mean....? is this phone can operate in 3g netwark...?
All that hype about beats audio... No earphones included at all)... And no voice dialing over Bluetooth :(
Is this a Bluetooth 4.0 issue or ICS 4.0 I wonder?
Battery: 1650 mAh Li-Po = fail!!!!!!!!!!!! you need atleast 2400mah with a big screen like that =(
doesn't come with any headphones = epic fail!!! we have to squeeze out another $200 to buy our own beat headphone!
why isn't there a dedicated camera shutter button???? =O
is the battery NON-removable??????? =O
no SD CARD slot????????????? =O
