Got this phone yesterday. Awesome. First hand experience of Android & happy as is very user friendly. Will enjoy more as I get more used to it. Battery is a issue compared to my Nokia E series which I used previously. Am a very dedicated professional user of phone & am not entangled in gaming / music more. Still battery got 70% exhausted after 16 hrs with less then moderate use. I have taken all instructions for a durable battery life. May be android phones has such battery life only -- other's who have used android phones in past please comment. Happy with browsing; can't comment of intricacies of apps as first hand exp of an android but overall contended.

Someone please suggest some measures to prolong battery life apart from those suggested previously as am following all earlier instructions.

The touch keypad is very nice in this phone, i have been using One V for about a week and it is brilliant, not a rocket phone but it does everything.
Don't be afraid if the touch keypad it is OK, you will get used to it quickly then you will feel how much it is easy and comfort.
I don't know about Xperia but I am an HTC fan, and i got the One V after a Wildfire S, it is good enough for daily use.
