Overpriced compared to lenovo k4 note and xiaomi redmi note 3, the price should be around 280$
hope this device will let htc up configurations are quite good battery also the older ones have a bad battery timing
Been digging around the net and found that the X9 reportedly supports RAW photo capture.
Looks like HTC means business here even though X9 seems rather ordinary initially.
OIS, 4k video, RAW, dual LED ...
Keep it up HTC and build the momentum to the flagship One M10
With better camera it should be a really good phone. Rest of the specs looks good.
HTC plz conduct a meeting between sales manager & production manager let them discuss about customer needs
Rather than launching thousands of phone with minor changes make a perfect one solid phone in a while
htc upgread phone with a downgread.ex,htc a9 without boomsound, and htc x9 without finger print scanner.why the cant add both and make a perfect smart phone? maybe htc z9
All specs are good left the front camera f2.8 common htc even local brands give minimun 2.2 aperature size it's true or not but it's should be 2.0 like a9
Finally the specs page I have been waiting for.
If only HTC launch it in my country sooner than later...
The Chinese price is decent at 2399 & hope it would not come here with too much premium.
Overall this seems to be a good phone. I am happy they finally started to make smaller devices. This one is smaller than the Desire 820 for example, and both have the same screen size.
The design is very good, we have the front facing stereo speakers, and I for example do not really care if a phone lacks a fingerprint sensor.
I wonder if there will be or not a gold version.
What HTC need to do, is to not sell this on a really high price, because this is not a high-end device, but a high-mid range one.
Anonymous, 27 Dec 2015This is mid-range device not highend. With 3000 battery + 13mp OIS + beautiful design + boo... moreThis is overpriced HTC we are talking about. Add another 200 to that price tag and you might be at the right price!
Arengium, 27 Dec 2015Bad design, no fingerprint. Capacitive buttons. With specs like this, it will certainly dissa... moreGood design. Fingerprint reader is not needed and capacitive buttons are better than on-screen ones. On-screen buttons take up space. When you buy a 5.5 inch phone with on-screen buttons, usable space is around 5.2 inches.
Shan, 27 Dec 2015No fingerprint sensor. Disappointed. like that it matters. . typo. . .
