If your htc hangs on windows, all you have to do is to remove your memory card and switch it on again. It as happened to me when i install an antivirus (umu scam).

i formatted my HTCs620 in other to start the machine,but when i finished the camera and the video camera disapear from the system and i do not know why.Please how can i get it back.
