AnonD-11130, 16 Jun 2011It's a pitty that it hasn't 1GB RAM. Except this, it's a perfect phoneThis was on the next page, so why the post ?
As you know the SGS2 comes in @ 1Gb whilst the Sensation at 768Mb i.e over 1/4 less or -232Mb
HOPEFULLY THIS VIDEO COMPARISON, multitasking helps
It's a pitty that it hasn't 1GB RAM. Except this, it's a perfect phone
HTC not trustworthy, 14 Jun 2011HTC is a not trustworthy phonemaker. Has many bugs in the software and HTC doesn't respond. ... morePoor phone, lousy display, slow in real life usage. The Sense 3 UI is just a gimmick. I'm used to Nexus One with Laucher Pro, so first thing that I have done with the Sensation, was to unbolt, or uninstall the Sense elements, wherever I could. My Nexus One phones [3 off] have Amoled screens and Sensation's SLCD comes nowhere near in contrast [and it definitely can't compare to Galaxy S20. Overal, despite the faster / dual layer processor, the phone is slow on 3G or on wi-fi. Whoever is thinking of buying this phone ... don't. I have 2 of them, running on Vodafone and both have piss poor reception on 3G and on wi-fi in areas where Nexus One work like a dream.
hi! I heard that sensation cannot play some games full screen due to the qHD resolution..can somebody tell me few games which CANNOT be played fullscreen and which CAN be played fullscreen??
How about angry birds?
I own a sensation. took yesterday for 30200 rupees..its a awesome phone..look fabulous...sense 3 is good but looks immature..hopefully gets better in future updates...2 months of wait is worth for this phone..
please reply about the death grip issues in india..., please please. where can i get this in india for the cheapest????
HTC not trustworthy, 14 Jun 2011HTC is a not trustworthy phonemaker.

... moreBollocks. I've had Samsung that was at least on paper superior to Wildfire in every possible aspect by 10 folds. Yet i find plastic Wildfire to be a much more pleasent device to use, i have no problems at all and software is not buggy at all. And at least they have a contact and staff responds rather quickly.
I won't say HTC in general is superior to others, because it's not and they have their crappy moments but at least they have some parts done right.
Though i can't deny that i'd like to see a stainless steel body with Gorilla Glass HTC phone...
Ordered the HTC Sensation from Vodafone UK. I found the phone a little on the big size and the battery lasted about 4 hours, if you use it as advertised. The screen was big and clear but as I said, it uses the battery like there's no tomorrow. Overall I think HTC is heading in the right direction but need to work on a battery which can support the phone. In the end, I packed it up and sent it back to Vodafone UK and choose another blackberry. Shame but never mind.... Fingers crossed, HTC will have sorted out their battery problems and I'll be looking at what they are offering in 12 months.
Tedy, 14 Jun 2011Does anyone know if everything its the same as the htc sensation 4g except for the wed storage... morethere is no difference between the 2 phones except that the 4G is for the USA. HSDPA 900/1700/2100
and "ordinary" Sensation is HSDPA 900/2100
itis confusing and HTC should have just made the one phone called '4G' with 1700/900/1900/2100 for both markets
This is the first phone i have seen with so little between USA & europe
The 4G is a better buy for the uk traveller who goes to the USA
Jazzz, 14 Jun 2011Has anyone experienced the "death-grip" issue yet? Gotta know asap...
thx!i already got DHD & Sensation & wifi is much more powerful then the DHD & i guess the death grip was in a prototype , that's what i've found & it my opinion . so don't depend on it !! then put the blame on me :) take care guys
