HTC phones camera quality (video/photo) is worst than Samsung, iPhone, Nokia or Sony Ericsson. Let's wait and see how it looks on HTC Sensation.

Quality wise....samsung is also gud...but htc and sony and motorola are true players....!!

I have used x10 and rite now I m using samsung galaxy SL...
there is a noticable quality difference between the both...sony is fast better in terms of music, camera, looks, appeal, paint quality, screen, ....but battery was not that good....

Anonymous, 11 Apr 2011this should have 1gb ram they have to beat or match samsung galaxy s2 specsno they don't. as long as the phone runs smoother and performs tasks better than the samsung it'll be fine

For those wondering if the SoC on the HTC Sensation is better than that of the Galaxy S II, the Adreno 220 is much better GPU than the Mali-400, however the Snapdragon processor is a much weaker CPU than that of the ARM Cortex-A9. If you want to add Tegra 2 into this, on a specific test where the Adreno 220 was put up against the Motorola Atrix (fair test as they both have qHD screen resolutions) the Adreno 220 surpassed that of ULP GeForce GPU. But, note that it was the other way around when running games, though I assume the Tegra 2 SoC is more optimised for gaming. However, again, Snapdragon was beaten by the ARM Cortex-A9 in the CPU contest. However, HTC Sense is an incredibly smooth UI, probably the smoothest actually, and therefore I would say that overall, the HTC Sensation is probably the best phone right now.

GoDzPlaY, 12 Apr 2011Which will be better HTC Sensation or Galaxy S2 in terms of processing speed , gaming graphics... moreThat's early to tell but what I think, Sensation will be better at performance and music and for games galaxy s2 ... HTC says "no other company can make Android run smother and better performance then US" and that is so true! Plus 540 x 960 pixels more pixels than galaxy s2. Well we will see when they will be released.
HTC is the best so far. Samsung is a lag phone when running Android...

It has still been lack of some functions such as document editor, ebook reader, ... which the Samsung I9100 galaxy s II has... this should be equal or more so that ever fan happily choose it with no hesitation...

Although overall this looks to be a smashing device, I have to say that the 1GB internal storage is a great disappointment! The 8GB micro SD that it will supposedly ship with is also inconsequential as buyer will effectively be forced to buy a larger capacity card (IMO).

Even the LG Optimus 2x (which I suspect at around $400-£420 sim-free is cheaper than what the sensation will go for) has 8 times that, while the SGS2 has a minimum of 16GB, matching processor speed and more RAM.
