does anyone else agree that the speakers on this phone are pants!!! im sorry to say that every other phone on the market must have better sound quality and volume than this!!! maybe they made it especialy shit to sell more of the dre beats edition???
An amazing phone. Its complete I'm all aspects, except that the video sound recording its not all that impressive
I've had my sensation since last September and love it.Does anyone else have the same problem as me whicis that the entire top half of the screen will not work for about 20 minutes then is normal? It also don't let me turn off mobile internet.Everything else about the phone is great.
I have this phone for a week now and my overall impression is good. The big minus is the battery but until now it lasts for 20 hours (heavy usage -> 3G all the time for push email and other notifications/browsing + talk time). I don't have the dust problem, yet.
When is the ICS upgrade going to be released for Sensation? Getting tired of waiting. HTC had said it would be released by end of March which is just one week away now!
DominicB, 22 Mar 2012Guys I will buy this phone on sunday but I am so worried about the dusty screen issue of this ... moreLook for the models made in Taiwan. The china models have the problem with the dust, its a case thing.
Mine its made in taiwan, have it for 5 months now and not a dot of dust.
Update it with ICS manually, dont wait untill u recieve it ota.
DominicB, 22 Mar 2012Guys I will buy this phone on sunday but I am so worried about the dusty screen issue of this ... moreDon't buy because my phone still have dust although I bought it 6 months ago and the screen been replaced at least 5 times and the phone has been replaced too but still dust accumulates after a while. Some of my friends don't have this issue although I doubt it maybe they didn't see tiny dust because of screen protector or bad vision. Trust me if you want a good HTC phone buy Xl or try the new models, heck buy Galaxy Nexus and sleep peacefully.
Anonymous, 23 Mar 2012hello,
go for sensation, it has hdmi port, has a bigger screen size and can record vids in HD... moreThank you.
These are nice features, but I'm concerning more about the day use performance.
I know that I could improve its performance with custom ROMs, but I still hope that HTC address most of these improvements in its ICS.
And about the non-branded phone's update, how HTC release its updates? Their release dates are normally worldwide or by country/region?
Thank you in advance! =)
htc sensation users does this phone have any problem?should i buy this phone or buy any other dualcore phone?

go for sensation, it has hdmi port, has a bigger screen size and can record vids in HD, 1080p.
Guys I will buy this phone on sunday but I am so worried about the dusty screen issue of this phone.. Does this happen to everyone? don't they have a screen protector for this model? please advise.. thank you.
I'm going to buy a new phone but I can't really decide which one is better. Incredible S or Sensation.
I first looked to the Galaxy (S,SL,S+), but after comparing them with the HTC Incredible S, the build quality and better UI attracted me more.
I was going to buy the HTC IS, but then I saw that the Sensation was almost the same price here (10 USD of diff). So I went back to the "which one is better?".
In the paper the Sensation was much better, but in the reviews don't. People say that the screen of HTC IS is better and the dual-core doesn't help much the Sensation in the overall performance (they say it lags). But since most of these review are from last year, I was wondering if HTC had improved its performance.
Otherthing is that both phones will be updated to ICS (What I think it means that both will also have the HTC sense 4.0, right?) So the better hardware would make difference after the update, at least in theory.
So what should I pick?
