Curious, 13 Apr 2011Does anyone know if the screen is using Pentile Matrix subpixel arrangement? LCD, S-LCD don't use PenTile layout.
This was the phone m expecting all these days. It has got everything i wanted. 4.3" screen with 540 x 960 resolution, 8MP camera with dual flash, 1.2GHz Dual core proc, 1080p recording, Android 2.3, HTC sense 3.0.. This phone is awesome... But crossing my fingers for the good affordable price...
JIM, 12 Apr 20111GB of internal memorie cmon HTC and battery 1520 mAh,why it's so hard guysWhile I do agree with you in the sense that it would be better to get more than less...
RAM should not be an issue until the next nexus update, and then it will depend on how much RAM the new device has. Since most if not all apps/programs that are soon to be release, will be optimized for the nexus s which has 512MB.
Regarding the battery, I am hoping that since LCDs are more efficient than AMOLEDS having less compared to the S2 should not be an issue. When compared to the ATRIX, the tegra 2 is suppose to be require more power, so again hoping it will not matter. Will have to wait for the review to find out.
I am forgoing the Nexus S now to get this when it hits tmobile.
All that said I am hoping the price will refelect, less RAM, 1GB vs 16+ storage on-board, and smaller battery.
Does anyone know if the screen is using Pentile Matrix subpixel arrangement?
