When I turned it on, it asked me... morebecause the software is very old that is common problem..my xe is still in good condition and still can use ans password are still ok..mine running 4.3.1 jellybean with cynogen mode custom rom.

I recently turned on my old HTC Sensation XE (android 4.0.3). When I turned it on, it asked me to sign in again to use the Play Store or open Gmail, but it doesn't accept my password (it shows an ID or password mismatch type error message)! I double-checked my password and it is 100% correct, but I still get the same error message. I tried to login with other gmail accounts as well, but it shows the same account/password mismatch error! I tried it again after factory resetting the phone, and the same error persists! what's wrong happening here, can anyone please explain??

For everybody that use the pone longer than 2 years and they have the restart issue. Just replace the battery with new one. :)

Using this this phone 2.5 years. Now it is going off and getting on itself several times in day. Is there any solution ? Please share anybody.

Hi my HTC Sense XE still running good. Except battery support and abit slow. I got problem when use imo and other messenger .. all other is really fine. Now I am considering to buy a HTC 10.

Mehedi, 22 Mar 2016Hi,,,,my phone model HTC Sensation Xe with Beats Audio Z715e,,,, but now my phone can't show f... morewell, tell someone to bluetooth to you an apk of a file manager like Es Explorer...once the transfer is done, just click it in the notification panel... it will install. however, make sure settings>>security>>unknown sources is checked.
